Terms & Conditions:
1) Invoice
Please do not pay after a purchase until you receive our invoice. Any discount or combinded shipping costs will only be given by us. We will send you the final invoice within 24h after a purchase is completed.
2)Payment:
Our preferred payment method is bank transfer using IBAN and BIC for purchases from within the EU and using Paypal for purchases made outside of the EU. Please take notice that no other bank transfer method except using IBAN/BIC is accepted because of the very high bank charges. All bank charges have to be payed by you.
3)Shipping:
We ship twice a week. International shipping is carried out by DHL or Hermes. There is no garanteed shipping time within Europe, but from our experience most shipped items will be received within 2 weeks after shipping within most EU countries, shipping to Non-EU countries may take longer.
4)Please take notice that the import of our products into other countries may result in additional taxes, customs or other charges. We are not responsible for paying any taxes, customs or other charges that result from the export of our goods out of Germany and import into any other country. When shipping our products to countries outside the EU we have to fill a customs declaration. It is a legal requirement that we fill this declaration completely and truthfully. We are not able to declare a lower value than the real product value.
5)Customer Satisfaction & Feedback:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us so that we can find an acceptable solution for both sides. It is our main interest that every transaction is finished to our clients complete satisfaction.
